Raita Noda

Ex - chef of the Ocean Room at Quay breaks out on his own with his son to start their own venture! Raita Noda's concept is Modern Japanese Creation. 

Every meal can be different - he basis the dinner menu on what fresh ingredients he can source on the day and bookings are made months in advance in this small, intimate 8 seater restaurant. 

Loved every minute of it - was a 4 hour extravaganza! And it was such a treat to sit so close to the kitchen and watch them work their magic!
