Bowery Lane

New addition to the CBD, American cuisine is making a come back! Bowery Lane has Manhattan Industrial chic about its design and the menu clearly draws inspiration from the city that never sleeps. 

My favourite from the sliders selection is definitely the rare tuna with guacamole. And the Wagyu short rib from the mains section is a must have. 

Dessert selection is always my favourite part of the dining experience - the jar of cookies & cream is takes the crown for best and must have dessert at Bowery Lane. Avoid the ice cream sandwich - I think it must just be my taste buds, but I'm not loving the pear and pecan combination.
