The Paramount Coffee Project

Operated by the same guys who own Reuben Hills, The Paramount Coffee Project has recently had a change in chefs and menu. The chef is actually my friend's wife Heaven!

It's a great set up - very open space with a breakfast/coffee stand in the middle of the venue and a drop/filter coffee set up against the wall with more bar seating. Great breeze on a sunny Sunday afternoon and attentive service by the waiters that made the experience that much better!

Some peculiar food items on the menu - which is always a plus given how much Sydney cafes replicates. It's a refreshing change and the meals are pretty decent and inventive!

Rose Ice Tea. Deliciously refreshing and light on sugar

The menu with all its quirky little dishes. Don't worry, we ate most of it!

The snickers milk shake. Loving the mason jar!

Me and my girls. Looking cool in our shades  =b

The scrambled egg dish

Chicken in a bag with watermelon. Good ol' country style!

Beef Cheek Waffles. Latest addition to the menu. Delicious combo with the corn and sweet mayo!

This is the kim chi pork with onion rings on top. Nom nom

Avocado and egg on toast. The safe choice hehe

Soft shell crab burger. I liked this one mainly because I love soft shell crab. It's an interesting combo, but wasn't mind blowing

The 'Ugly Dog'. Twist on hot dog. If you have the stomach for it, order this one but otherwise okay to give it a miss

The spanish eggs. Always a good old favourite!
Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The milkshakes are great!
