The Dining Room Park Hyatt

Came here not long ago on a Lime & Tonic meal deal and decided to take my cousin here again to try out the new menu - apparently a new head chef so the menu has changed.

Lucky for me - I booked this evening not realising this is when Vivid is on. I requested a window seating and they arrange that for me even though it was quite a busy night and I had purchased a meal deal. Lucky me!

The waiter was very attentive, whenever they speak with a French accent I always think they are more authentic in giving me advice hehe. The meal was delicious, the service impeccable and worth every cent. In fact, I would come back and pay full price because it was THAT good.

The beef tenderloin. Now this is amazing - the best meat I've ever had. And this beats some of the Flat Iron meat I've had. It was just divine and melts in your mouth!
