The Victoria Room

So I had a Masquerade Birthday Party and chose the Victoria Room primarily for the decor but also good quality food. I haven't visited for a long time, a few years ago did the supper menu and remembered it as pretty good.

I think it's undergone new management with a refurbishment - cocktails are just as good as I remembered, some really interesting concoctions there. My favourite would be the Malaria G&T drink. I must have had 4 of those on the night but still managed to capture pictures of the event!

Really loving the decor of the refurbishment. We had our own private lounge area. Very cool!

This was delicious with sour cream. The potato chips went so well with it

The pork belly - they were to die for. Crackling at the top just the right amount of crunch and the sauce accompanying it was delectable!

The wagyu beef slices - melt in your mouth tender. OMG so good!

I had a really amazing night with great company and amazing food. I was actually really surprised - it was one of those group Banquet menus but the quality was truly amazing. I would definitely come back to visit for a la carte dinner again! And have some more G&T haha
